Suffing from FatAssitis

My weight is out of control and alas, I am a FatAss. I'm going to get a new body fat scale and get back on the program. My ideal goal would be to lose 20lbs. It's probably more realistic to lose 10, but we'll see. I'll post more stats once I get the scales. Later, VD

just got in from a rain soaked ride with dangerous "crusty" dave. the weather sucked, but the ride was nice. crusty road the whole thing in his 12 tooth cog! the new shimano 10 spped shifters eat cables for breakfast.

yesterday was UWBL and the weather was fantastic. things were going great until I punctured and was prompty told to go the wrong way by the well meaning sag. I rode the final 35 miles solo. better luck next week.

Ralph is quite the artiste.....his blew away everyone elses work at the show. Man is he twisted! 

1st post

 Hope everyone has a great New Year. Check back frequently for the ramblings of a mediocre cyclist and his misadventures.

Rode the first 60 miles and then bagged it do to "moisture in the air". I'm deathy averse to riding in the rain. It was a good ride, relatively calm by normal standards.

Tonight is "RP Madartist" show in Tryon, NC. I can't wait to see what the old boy has on display.
